Instructors agree to the following terms and conditions when creating and selling courses on

Lucky Udu Academy:

  • Lucky Udu Academy will be responsible for the filming of each of the courses from our instructors.

  • Lucky Udu Academy will review the application submitted by instructors for each course, which will include: Biography of instructor, Home and Office Address of instructor, Social media accounts of instructor, means of identification, years of experience, business achievements, the course outline for the intended course and lastly, how profitable the course will be to the general public.

  • The instructor warrants that all course materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, are original and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • The instructor grants Lucky Udu Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, host, and promote the course materials for the purpose of selling the courses to students.

  • The instructor is solely responsible for providing customer support for the courses and addressing any student complaints or concerns for that specific course.

  • The instructor will not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities in connection with the sale of the courses, including but not limited to providing false or misleading information about the course or using fake student reviews.

  • The instructor will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the sale of the courses.

  • The instructor will be responsible for the payment of any taxes or other fees associated with the sale of the courses.

  • The instructor may be removed from Lucky Udu Academy at any time for violating these terms and conditions or for engaging in any other prohibited activities.

  • Lucky Udu Academy reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and instructors will be notified of any such changes.

  • Lucky Udu Academy will not be held liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of the courses.

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the instructor and our website and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
