• The Lucky Udu Academy Affiliate Program is a program that allows individuals to earn commissions by promoting Lucky Udu Academy’s online courses using a unique referral link. By signing up for the affiliate program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Lucky Udu Academy Affiliate Program, you must be 18 years old and have an active bank account. You must also agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any other rules or guidelines that may be posted on the Lucky Udu Academy website.

  2. Referral Link: Upon registration, you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your audience to promote Lucky Udu Academy’s courses. You are responsible for ensuring that your referral link is used properly and in compliance with these terms and conditions.

  3. Commissions: As an affiliate, you will receive a commission of 20% for every sale made through the unique referral link provided to you. This means that if someone buys a course using your link, you will earn a commission equal to 20% of the course price. For example, if the course costs 100,000Naira, you will earn a commission of 20,000naira.
  Commissions are paid out on request and are processed and sent out within 3 business days after the request and the minimum payout amount is 5000 Naira.

  4. Prohibited Activity: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any illegal promotional activity or using any deceptive marketing practices to promote Lucky Udu Academy’s courses. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, false advertising, and misrepresentation of Lucky Udu Academy’s courses.

  5. Confidentiality: As an affiliate, you will have access to confidential information related to Lucky Udu Academy’s courses and customers. You agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Lucky Udu Academy.

  6. Passwords and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify Lucky Udu Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  7. Termination: Lucky Udu Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason. If we determine that an affiliate has violated these terms and conditions, we may withhold any commissions earned and take appropriate legal action.

  8. Modification of Terms: Lucky Udu Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the affiliate program after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
