Welcome to Lucky Udu Academy! We are an online platform dedicated to helping students gain valuable skills through high-quality courses taught by experienced instructors. By using our website and enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
COURSE ACCESS & USAGE
1.Lifetime Access – Once you purchase a course, you will have lifetime access to the content. You can watch the lessons anytime and at your own pace.
2.Course Materials – All videos, PDFs, quizzes, and other course materials are protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed to:
•Share, distribute, or resell any part of the course.
•Upload course content to other platforms.
•Allow others to access your course account.
3.Course Updates – We provide free updates to improve existing courses. However, if a course receives a major expansion (extended version) with additional content, it may be sold separately.
4.Access Restrictions – If a student is found violating any of these terms, their course access may be permanently revoked without a refund.
REFUND POLICY
We want our students to have a great learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied, refunds can be made under the following conditions:
1.Refund Window: You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the course has not been accessed (videos watched, files downloaded, or course started).
2.How Refunds Work:
•If approved, you will be disenrolled from the course.
•Your profile and account will be permanently deleted from our database.
•The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.No Refunds After Access: If you have watched, downloaded, or accessed any part of the course, a refund will not be granted.
4.Refund Abuse : If a student repeatedly requests refunds for multiple courses, they may be banned from purchasing future courses.
5.Technical Issues: If you experience problems with the course (e.g., missing videos, playback issues, or broken links), please contact our technical team. We will fix the issue instead of processing a refund.

STUDENT SUPPORT & MENTOR AVAILABILITY
1.Mentor Support: Instructors and mentors will do their best to respond to student questions. However, response times may vary. While we aim to reply within 24 hours, delays may occur during high-demand periods.
2.Group vs. Private Mentorship: Unless otherwise stated, mentorship is provided in a group format (discussion forums, live Q&As). One-on-one mentorship is not guaranteed unless explicitly mentioned in the course details.
CERTIFICATION POLICY
1.Certificate of Completion : Students who complete a course will receive a digital certificate that recognizes their participation.
2.Certificate Limitations :
•The certificate is for personal achievement and does not replace formal accreditation or professional licensing.
•It does not guarantee job placement.
•It does not act as a substitute for legally required training or certifications in regulated industries.
3.Verification : Some certificates may include a unique verification code that can be checked for authenticity.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & COURSE ISSUES
We strive to keep all courses running smoothly. However, in case of technical problems, here’s what you need to know:
1.Fixing Course Issues : If a video is missing, a file won’t download, or a module isn’t loading properly, our technical team will fix the issue as soon as possible.
2.Reporting Issues : Students can report problems by emailing support@luckyuduacademy.com with details of the issue.
3.Alternative Solutions : If an issue cannot be fixed immediately, we may offer a temporary alternative (e.g., direct file access) until the problem is resolved.
PAYMENT TERMS
1.Accepted Payment Methods : We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and other supported payment gateways listed on our website.
2.Security : Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information.
3.Failed Transactions : If a payment fails, check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
4.Taxes & Fees : Students are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes that may apply to their payment method.
STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT
We expect students to maintain respectful and professional behavior while using our platform.
Prohibited Behavior:
❌ Sharing or selling course materials.
❌ Using hate speech, harassment, or offensive language in course discussions.
❌ Attempting to disrupt the Academy’s platform.
❌ Providing false reviews or misleading course feedback.
❌ Engaging in fraudulent transactions or refund abuse.
If any of these rules are violated, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove the student’s account.

2.Security Measures : We use encryption and secure storage to protect student data.
